Our Philosophy
We know that no two practices are alike, so we’ve built a flexible solution that can grow and adapt with your needs. Over the years as features and improvements were added to the software, they were always made optional so clinics could turn them on or off to their liking. We believe that change is only good if it is something you want, so you should be able to decide if you want it or not.

In addition to user-friendly design, another key philosophy has been to provide reliable and responsive support. Our customer service is here to ensure our customers’ success every step of the way. We do not have an automated answering system that requires you to go through a hierarchy of prompts before you can speak to someone who can help you. In the rare case when your call does go to voice mail, there is a button on the main
form of our software that you can use to send an email that goes directly to our main help desk. The response will be quick.

At Complete Clinic Software, we are always looking for changes that can benefit our customers, but we want the changes and improvements to be an evolution not a revolution.
Our Staff
William Dollen, V.P. of Operations at CCS
With over 10 years at CCS, William brings a wealth of experience in the payments industry. Before joining the team, he spent 15 years in the credit card industry, helping medical professionals—such as doctors, dentists, and veterinarians—set up reliable credit card processing solutions for their businesses.

William holds a BSBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, providing a solid foundation for his expertise in financial systems and business solutions.
​
Outside of work, William enjoys traveling with his wife, Gina, of 32 years. He also stays active playing soccer with his three sons, Ian (31), Aidan (25), and Liam (21), and cherishes time spent with his 2-year-old granddaughter.

​Robert (Bob) Loree, Owner and Principal Designer
Bob has been the owner and principal designer of Complete Clinic Software since 1994. Prior to that he held several management positions in Abbott Laboratories Corporate Office and Agricultural Products Division. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Accounting and Business Management and has an MBA in Marketing from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Bob's vision has always been to provide a low cost, easy to use software solution for managing daily veterinary practice management activities. From intuitive appointment scheduling and automated reminders to integrated medical records and robust reporting, our software is designed to save time, reduce stress, and improve client satisfaction.

When not working, Bob enjoys spending time with his 4 daughters, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson
